Get a bit of both! Sweet and salty! Tacos are GNARLY good!!!!! Shrimp and fish are super fresh and made very well! Corn tortillas are super fresh too! Waffle with fruit, and a coffee to wash it down. Another great location to stop while cycling and checking out the island.

We finally got to try this place and we were NOT disappointed! My husband and I got a few waffles to share and they were all so good. We're in town for a couple more days... Hopefully they won't judge me if I'm there every morning until we leave!

Delicious! My husband had the peanut butter delight smoothie bowl with berries on top, and the berries were perfect! I had a half waffle with a couple of basic toppings, but it was great! Their iced coffee was also SO good! Staff was nice and the prices are fair. Next time we’re on Dauphin Island, we’ll definitely be back. Updated in 2023 to add that we did come back. 2 years later, the quality and prices haven’t changed. We got another smoothie and waffle bowl. Honestly, the people complaining about service/prices/hours have unreasonable expectations. Both times we have visited, the food is great, the employees are so sweet, and the prices are fair for how secluded the island is. She made sure our smoothie and coffee were to our liking, gave me a heaping serving of waffles, and encouraged us to tell her if we didn’t like something. They really take reviews into consideration and grow from them. We will continue to visit Foxy’s when we visit DI!

We've been here three times during our week stay and they have been great every time! The service is amazing, any the quality of the food is great! We got a whole waffle, and the portion is huge! Great snack or breakfast for two people. The smoothies are really good too! We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Dauphin Island!

We ventured far out to Foxy’s Waffle Bar today, drawn by the tantalizing photos of waffle boats teaming with delicious looking toppings. We were greeted at the window by a friendly woman who suggested we get the full sized waffle boat with strawberry & pecan toppings. The order came out quickly and did not disappoint! The waffle was fresh & piping hot, and generous amounts of diced strawberries and pecans poured all over, topped off by sugary condensed milk and caramel. Absolutely delicious! We also received 2 PB Delight shakes that were absolutely delicious - incredibly creamy and smooth, and just the perfect amount of sweetness. Perfect for this hot & humid day. Thank you, Foxy’s Waffle Bar (and kind lady), you made our day!

I ordered a full-size waffle with bananas and Nutella. It was so delicious! Definitely could have got away with only a half waffle, but c'mon, when on vacation, go full waffle The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive and made sure our order was exactly as we wanted! When we pulled up, there were a lot of people out front. We were worried about a long wait, but the staff got the orders out very quickly!! If I HAD to note something, it would be nice to have another bench out front for more seating (there is one bench out front with seating for around 8 people), but other than that, NO NOTES! When at Dauphin Island, make sure you don't miss this spot!!

I stumbled upon this little gem when I was just driving around the island last year. The Waffle Bowl is amazing. Fresh waffle cut up, 2 scoops of ice cream, blueberries, bananas, strawberries, whipped cream, and sweetened condensed milk drizzled over top. I had to go back for more this year. You can expect a 10-15 minute wait to get your food, but it's worth every minute.
